The Perch
On top of Capital One Hall and connected to The Watermark Hotel, this breathtaking 2.5 acre village green soars 11 stories above the bustling street. Stroll through the beautiful park, experience interactive modern art sculptures, catch an outdoor performance, have some fun in the games plaza, and raise a glass at the Starr Hill Biergarten.
Fitness Center
Located on the top floor of the building, the 2,000-square-foot fitness center provides an inspiring setting for keeping up with your exercise routine. You’ll have access to 14 pieces of aerobic equipment including two Peloton® Bikes, a full-feature resistance gym, FORME InterFitness Mirror, an abdominal exercise machine, free weights, benches, stability balls, medicine balls, and floor mats. Refresh after your workout with spa-like amenities including chilled towels and filtered water.

800 SQ. FT This corner suite features a wraparound view from floor to ceiling windows, private balcony, living space with kitchenette, dining table, and spacious seating area. The bathroom features top finishes and a glass enclosed shower.
Two-Bedroom Two-King Residential Suite
1,200 SQ. FT. 1,200 square feet of living space situated on one of our top floors featuring premium finishes, not seen anywhere else in the hotel. This residential style suite features two bedrooms each with their own each, floor to ceiling windows and a private balcony.
King Junior Suite
500 SQ. FT. 500 plus square feet with a kitchenette with mini-refrigerator and microwave, separated lounge and work area with a second 50" smart TV.
2 Queen Junior Suite
600 SQ. FT. 600 plus square feet with a kitchenette with fridge and microwave, lounge, dining and work area.
King 1 Bedroom Suite
700 SQ. FT. Spacious 700 plus square foot suite with separate bedroom, kitchenette with fridge and microwave, dining table with four chairs, spacious desk and ergonomic chair, and luxurious bath with glass enclosed shower.
Two-Bedroom Two-King Suite
1,050 SQ. FT. Over 1,000 square feet with two king bedrooms, a spacious living space, kitchenette with fridge and microwave, and two bathrooms. The in-room amenities include luxurious Frette linens and towels, premium bath amenities, and top of the line Serta pillow top mattress.
King Studio
350 SQ. FT Our standard accommodation features a spacious layout with 350 square feet, a kitchenette with microwave and refrigerator, an ergonomic work station, and a luxurious bath with glass enclosed shower.
